Sorele Blanc is operated by an individual (sole operator) and not a registered company at this time.

Return Window

Customers located in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their purchase and request a return within 30 days from the delivery date, without providing a reason, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

 

Return Instructions

  1. Return Notification:
    To initiate a return, contact us at soreleblanc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

 

Packaging and Shipping

  1. Safely pack the item in its original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
  2. Include any required return documentation and, if requested, supporting images.
  3. If a return label is provided, download and print it from the link sent by email.

 

Return Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect products:
    No cost to the customer. This includes items that are defective, damaged during transit, or different from what was ordered.
  • Change of mind (customer remorse):
    The actual cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer. This applies when the wrong product was ordered, the item does not fit, or the customer no longer wants the item.

 

Specific Return and Refund Conditions

  • Change of Mind:
    Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Defective Goods:
    If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately. Return shipping costs will be covered, and you will receive either a replacement or a refund.
  • Damaged Goods:
    If the product arrives damaged, send clear photos within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the claim and cover return costs if applicable.
  • Incorrect Product Received:
    If you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will arrange the return and shipment of the correct item at no additional cost.
  • Product Never Arrived:
    If your order does not arrive, contact us so we can investigate with the courier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
  • Order Cancellation:
    Orders may be canceled before shipment. If the order has already shipped, the return process must be followed after delivery.

 

Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the issue. Once approved, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

Products returned due to change of mind must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and requested within 30 days of delivery.
